VPT Inc. in Blacksburg, Va., is introducing the VHR series of industrial-level DC-DC converters and EMI filters for power electronics applications in non-flight-critical programs in military, avionics, and unmanned systems as well as manufacturing equipment and controls.
Available in models ranging from 5 to 100 Watts, the VHR series of DC-DC converters offers a wide input voltage range for nominal 28 volt input, an average 85 percent efficiency, and low input and output ripple.
Designed to operate at full-load in temperatures of -40 to 100 degrees Celsius, the VHR series also offers fixed frequency operation, soft-start, magnetic feedback, inhibit, and current-limit protection.
