Master Bond EP37-3FLFAO is a flexible adhesive for high performance potting, bonding, sealing and coating formulated to cure at room temperature. It offers high thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation, and good physical strength. Once cured, this cryogenically serviceable material also exhibits resistance to shock, vibration, impact and thermal cycling.
