Master Bond Supreme 11AOHTLP is a two part, electrically insulating, thermally conductive adhesive with a long working life. It has a volume resistivity exceeding 1014 ohm-cm at 75°F and thermal conductivity of 3-5 BTU·in/(ft²·hr·°F) [0.5-0.7 W/m/K]. This toughened formulation withstands thermal cycling and offers a wide service temperature range from -112°F to +400°F (-80°C to 204°C).
