Power MOSFETs for lithium-ion battery protection uses introduced by International Rectifier
EL SEGUNDO, Calif., 2 Jan. 2015. International Rectifier Corp. in El Segundo, Calif., is introducing power metal oxide silicon field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) for lithium-ion battery protection applications.
With low on-state resistance to cut conduction losses, the power http://www.militaryaerospace.com/topics/mosfet.htm are available as 20- and 30-volt devices in N-and P-channel configurations.
These power electronics devices are for battery protection circuits with two cells in series. The IRL6297SD offers two 20-volt N-channel MOSFETs in a common drain configuration packaged in a compact, thermally efficient DirectFET small can package.
All of the devices are MSL1 and RoHS compliant containing no lead, bromide, or halogen.
