Landmark Aviation acquires First Aviation Services at Teterboro Airport
HOUSTON, Texas, 08 Dec. 2012. Landmark Aviation, a fixed base operator with 50 operations in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, has signed an agreement to acquire First Aviation Services, a fixed base operation at Teterboro Airport (TEB) in Teterboro, New Jersey. The acquisition is expected to close by year end.
TEB is one of the largest general aviation airports in North America, located 12 miles from Midtown Manhattan and in close proximity to several major cities in New Jersey. First Aviation’s facilities feature a modern terminal with a range of passenger and crew amenities, including snooze rooms, showers, a flight planning area and a fitness center, along with 120,000 square feet of secure hangar space and 480,000 square feet of ramp space.
