B/E Aerospace spins-off KLX, distributor of aerospace fasteners and consumables
WELLINGTON, Fla., 8 Jan. 2015.B/E Aerospace Inc. (NASDAQ:BEAV), a manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products, has completed the spin-off of KLX Inc. (NASDAQ:KLXI) from B/E Aerospace.
KLX Inc. (Nasdaq:KLXI), a distributor and value added service provider of aerospace fasteners and consumables, is now trading on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol KLXI.
KLX Inc., through its two operating segments, provides mission critical products and complex logistical solutions to support its customers' high value assets.
