Bell Helicopter showcases next generation commercial helicopters at Paris Air Show
PARIS, June 2015. Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, is showcasing the Bell 429 WLG and 407 GXP helicopters, the 525 rotorcraft simulation cabin, and V-22 model during the Paris Air Show on Textron pavilion A2.
Bell Helicopter has been delivering helicopters to customers in Europe for over 50 years, logging commercial successes in Europe with the Bell 407GXP, 429, 505, and 525 rotorcraft.
Bell Helicopter is growing its footprint in the region with the first Bell Helicopter European training facility opening in Valencia, Spain, in 2016. The facility will offer full-flight simulation training for the Bell 429.
Bell Helicopter is also investing in greater capabilities with the Bell European Customization & Delivery Center in Prague, acquired in 2010, and has been implanted in Amsterdam with its Supply Center for the past 40 years.
