January 15, 2019 -Unsurprisingly, the ongoing partial government shutdown is resulting in longer waits to get through security as TSA officers are calling out sick at higher rates than normal at airports across the U.S. Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson, the world's busiest airport, is advising travelers to arrive three hours ahead of scheduled departure with other airports also reporting slow security lines.
