Sirius Aviation and BMW unveil new hydrogen-powered business jets

BAAR, Switzerland - Sirius Aviation in Baar, Switzerland has introduced two new hydrogen-powered luxury business jets, the Sirius CEO-JET and the Sirius Adventure Jet. Developed with BMW Group Designworks, these aircraft aim to provide eco-friendly alternatives to traditional private jets, significantly reducing CO2 emissions.

The debut took place on 20 June 2024, at the MOVE Expo in London. Sirius Aviation AG's Founder and CEO, Alexey Popov, presented the jets alongside BMW Group Designworks, highlighting the aircrafts' advanced features and design, and premiered an official promotional video.

"The launch of the Sirius CEO-JET and Adventure Jet represents a major milestone in our mission to revolutionize air travel with sustainable solutions," said Popov. "The CEO-JET offers an eco-friendly option for business travel, while the Adventure Jet opens new horizons for global tourism and exploration."

The Sirius CEO-JET, Sirius says, is the world's first hydrogen-powered private jet, offering a sustainable solution for business aviation. This aircraft combines advanced technology with luxury.

Key features of the Sirius CEO-JET include a hydrogen-electric powertrain for zero carbon emissions, a cruising speed of 323 knots, a range of up to 1,150 miles, and seating for three passengers. Its interior offers extensive customization options, including unique colors, upholstery, amenities like champagne fridges, pet accommodations, and bespoke bathrooms.

The Sirius Adventure Jet also features a hydrogen-electric powertrain, with a range of up to 1,150 miles and speeds reaching 323 knots. It accommodates five passengers and is designed for seamless access to remote areas, with customizable interiors tailored for both leisure and adventure.
