Collins Aerospace announces avionics upgrade program for King Air and Hawker aircraft
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Collins Aerospace, a division of RTX in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has unveiled an avionics upgrade program for Beechcraft King Air and Hawker aircraft. The initiative includes updates to the company’s Pro Line Fusion and Pro Line 21 avionics systems, aimed at enhancing performance, safety, and pilot efficiency.
The program will provide several key enhancements. King Air 200 and 300 series aircraft currently equipped with Pro Line 21 systems will be upgraded to the Pro Line Fusion platform. Factory-installed Pro Line Fusion systems in King Air 200 and 300 series aircraft will receive additional system enhancements. Modernization options will also be available for Pro Line 21 avionics in King Air 200 and 300 series aircraft. Additionally, Hawker 750, 800, and 900 series aircraft will receive updates to expand operational capabilities, improve safety features, and ensure compliance with evolving airspace requirements.

The Pro Line Fusion system features touchscreen displays, synthetic vision, enhanced navigation, and tools for simplified flight planning. The system integrates advanced communication, navigation, and surveillance technologies, improving situational awareness and pilot control.
The Pro Line 21 system provides a digital cockpit with high-resolution displays and streamlined communication and navigation capabilities designed to reduce pilot workload.
