PARIS - ECS Group in Paris has partnered with CargoAi Singapore to integrate its CargoCoPilot API, a generative artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tool designed to automate rate requests and quotation handling. ECS Group, a general sales and service agent (GSSA) services company, sought to manage the high volume of client emails for rates, quotations, and bookings. The CargoCoPilot API automates the process, converting unstructured data from emails into structured information for ECS Group’s Quantum quotation tool. The system then generates an automated email response with a quotation, processing more than 10,000 quotations monthly.
The CargoCoPilot API automates the conversion of shipment details, dimensions, and special handling codes from unstructured client emails into structured data. This data is integrated seamlessly into ECS Group’s existing systems, allowing quotes to be created without any changes to the client experience.
Implementation was completed rapidly, with the solution becoming operational within one week of the proof-of-concept phase. This speed underscores CargoAi’s focus on delivering fast and reliable tools tailored to industry demands.
