The Military & Aerospace Electronics take:

4 February 2025 - Included in the MIT Technology review's list include the Boeing Starliner commercial spacecraft's leak and thruster issues that have left astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore on the International Space Station.

The MIT publication also selected the CrowdStrike outage that contributed to the cancelation of thousands of flights. MIT says that computers were put into a boot loop rendering machines in the commercial airline sector along with others useless until the error was identified and corrected.
