Lucent builds optical network for U.S. Army base in Germany

MURRAY HILL, N.J., 29 June 2005. Lucent Technologies today announced a contract with the U.S. Army to install a next-generation optical communications network at a U.S. Army installation in Mainz-Kastel, Germany.
