Helmet-mounted sensors measure blast force and help protect soldiers from head trauma

Military head injuries resulting from improvised explosive device (IED) explosions are in the news lately, with a new program that temporarily removes soldiers from duty who have been involved in explosions or other incidents that might cause head trama.
