Synchro/resolver-to-digital USB interface for motor control and robotics testing introduced by DDC
Dec. 8, 2010
BOHEMIA, N.Y., 8 Dec. 2010. Data Device Corp. (DDC) in Bohemia, N.Y., is introducing the SB-36610UX synchro/resolver-to-digital USB interface device for test and measurement tasks involving angle position measurements from synchro and resolver sensors in applications such as motor control, industrial automation, robotics, gimbal positioning, and valve control.
The SB-36610UX USB interface is a portable solution that integrates with desktop, laptop, or tablet computers to perform lab testing. The SB-36610UX USB includes software drivers and API libraries for Windows and Linux systems, and a Windows graphical interface.
The device has two independent channels programmable for inputs from 2 to 90 Volts, 47 Hz to 10 kHz; as much as one minute accuracy; on-board reference sine oscillator with output voltage options 2 to 32 Vrms or 20 to 123 Vrms; bandwidth, software-programmable resolution, input type, and input voltage for applications from motor and antenna control to robotics and process control systems.
