800-Watt liquid cooling system for high-performance electronics thermal management offered by Aspen Systems

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – Aspen Systems Inc. in Marlborough, Mass., is introducing the RMC-800 turnkey 800-Watt liquid chiller active thermal management system for high-performance electronics.

The RMC-800 comes in a rack mount 2U enclosure, and results from the company's expertise in refrigeration solutions for military, medical, laser, and industrial electronics applications that demand low height, light weight, and high efficiency.

Aspen's Rack Mount Chiller (RMC) uses a DC variable-speed compressor and coolant pump that users can vary from 1,200-6,500 RPM providing cooling power from 20 to 100 percent to match the load.

The compressor speed automatically adjusts by the PID controller based on the user input for the set point temperature.

Pump speed for liquid cooling is user variable via the controller from 0 to 3.5 liters per minute with a maximum pressure of 100 PSI. The system includes a universal power supply for 110 to 220 volts AC at 50 to 60 Hz. Options are available to configure the system to 24 volts DC for portable or mobile applications.
