DDC-I and ProtoLogic EDS offer safety-certifiable avionics display system that offers real-time software
PHOENIX – DDC-I in Phoenix and ProtoLogic EDS in Cumming, Ga., are introducing a DO-178C DAL-A certifiable display system for avionics.
The ProtoLogic EDS ruggedized AMLCD display modules and systems feature high-resolution, sunlight-readable displays, with integrated CPU/GPU, video processor, analog and digital interfaces, and data I/O processors.
The DDC-I Deos safety-critical embedded real-time software employs patented cache partitioning, memory pools, and safe scheduling to deliver high CPU utilization. Deos provides a FACE-conformant safety base and safety extended profiles hard real-time response, time and space partitioning, and rate monotonic ARINC-653 and POSIX interfaces.

ProtoLogic's avionics display products are certifiable (DO-178/254) and support custom and industry standards (FACE, OpenGL, MOSA, SOSA, HOST) and are designed to withstand the harshest environments (DO-160/MIL-STD-810/461/462).
SafeMC technology extends Deos' advanced capabilities to multiple cores, enabling developers of safety-critical systems to achieve multi-core performance without compromising safety-critical task response and guaranteed execution time.
