Analyzer for printed circuit board impedance test in manufacturing introduced by Agilent
SANTA CLARA, Calif., 19 Feb. 2014. Agilent Technologies Inc. in Santa Clara, Calif., is introducing the E5063A analyzer for printed circuit board (PCB) impedance test in manufacturing.
The test & measurement instrument provides a dedicated user interface with broad language support, and robustness against electrostatic discharge (ESD) for PCB manufacturing.
Tight impedance tolerance results from increasing data rates. The E5063A PCB analyzer provides advanced error-correction methods to enhance measurement accuracy and repeatability and reproducibility (R&R).
Option 011 in the E5063A PCB analyzer supports simplified and traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean for operation in global installations.
The ESD protection circuit available on the E5063A PCB analyzer helps overcome the serious ESD damage that traditional PCB measurement solutions can encounter.
