NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., 20 Feb. 2012. WIN Enterprises Inc. in North Andover, Mass., is introducing the MB-73240 low-power PC/104-Plusembedded computing module for space-limited applications such as military embedded systems, industrial control, mobile medical, and human-machine interface (HMI). The board offers a choice of the Intel Atom D525, D425 and N455 processors, and as much as 2 gigabytes of DDR2 memory.
The board provides dual Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports; supports one CFast, two serial ports and four USB 2.0 ports; has a DDR3 SO-DIMM socket that supports as much as 2 gigabytes of memory; and supports SMBus with Alert. The PC/104-Plus module features dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB ports, LVDS support, CFast and SATA. The Intel Atom D525 and D425 processors are clocked at 1.8 GHz; the N455 at 1.66 GHz.
The MB-73240 provides resolution as fine as 2048 by 1536 pixels over VGA; 1366 by 768 pixels 18-bit over LVDS, and supports dual displays. I/O consists of two Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, two serial ports, and four USB 2.0 ports. Other I/O interfaces include 3x RS-232, 1x RS-232/422/485, GPIO and HD audio.
