ALAMEDA, Calif., 20 Jan. 2010.Software engineers at Wind River Systems Inc. in Alameda, Calif., are introducing upgraded DO-178B safety-critical software tools for single-board computers from Curtiss-Wright Controls Embedded Computing in Leesburg, Va., that are based on the Freescale Power Architecture processors.
The Wind River software platform also has DO-178B Level A certification evidence for the SVME/DMV-183 computer board from Curtiss-Wright, as well as processor support for Intel Core 2 Duo IA-32 and Power Architecture e600 microprocessor cores.
