Artificial intelligence (AI) embedded computing design and development tools suite introduced by Infineon
MUNICH – Infineon Technologies AG in Munich is introducing the PSoC 6 AI Evaluation Kit for embedded artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning systems designs.
The kit provides the tools necessary to build intelligent consumer, smart home, and IoT applications. It executes inferencing next to the sensor data source for enhanced real-time performance and power efficiency compared to cloud-centric solution architectures.
Its small 35-by-45-millimeter size and integrated sensors and connectivity make it suitable for in-field data collection, rapid prototyping, and model evaluation. The PSoC 6 design and development tools also use Infineon’s microcontroller, sensor, connectivity and software.
The AI embedded computing evaluation kit, based on the Infineon PSoC 6 microcontroller, supports development using the company’s XENSIV products for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications, as well as connectivity including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) solutions.
With Imagimob Studio helps developers build high-quality AI models from scratch or optimize existing models. Infineon’s AI evaluation kit and software environment for AI- and machine learning-based applications are available now.
