BlighterNexus can record sensor data securely for real-time playback, post mission and forensic analysis, with AI system for target classification.

CAMBRIDGE, England – Blighter Surveillance Systems Ltd. in Cambridge, England, is introducing the BlighterNexus connectivity and processing hub with artificial intelligence (AI) for reduce training for the company's radar systems.

BlighterNexus helps reduce the operational burden on systems integrators who want to integrate Blighter's smart and cognitive ITAR-free 2D, 3D, and 4D radars into their command and control (C2) systems.

Different application modules

The BlighterNexus AI-assisted Hub comprises around 30 different licensable service, sensor-connector, C2-connector and application modules.

The processing hub has sensor connector modules for blending cameras, radio direction finding (RDF) equipment for drone detection, and geo sensors to provide detect-track-identify capability.

BlighterNexus also can record all sensor data securely for real-time playback and post mission and forensic analysis and an AI system for target classification.

Those who want to fuse and assess data from several sensors can use a Fat-Pipe module to flood radar data out of BlighterNexus into an external AI system.

360-degree radar feed

BlighterNexus comes pre-installed on an industrial PC to simplify setup, and provides a 360-degree radar feed to command-and-control systems or additional BlighterNexus hubs.
