Raytheon chooses Mercury for data storage and recording in upgrade of AN/TPY-2 ballistic missile defense radar
CHELMSFORD, Mass., 12 Aug. 2010. Missile defense systems integrators at the Raytheon Co. National & Theater Security Programs segment in Tewksbury, Mass., needed a rugged, high-speed data storage and recording subsystem for the AN/TPY-2 radar system for theater ballistic missile defense. They found their solution from Mercury Computer Systems Inc. in Chelmsford, Mass.Â
