Holt’s HI-2130 is the world’s smallest MIL-STD-1553B fully integrated terminal solution, integrating protocol, RAM, dual transceivers and dual transformers in a single 15mm x 15mm x 4.4mm package. Concurrent operation of BC/MT and dual RTs is possible.

Holt’s HI-2130 is the world’s smallest MIL-STD-1553B fully integrated terminal solution, integrating protocol, RAM, dual transceivers and dual transformers in a single 15mm x 15mm x 4.4mm package. The device comprises Holt’s well known HI-6130 BC/MT/RT MIL-STD-1553 terminal solution and the required isolation transformers for connection to a transformer or direct-coupled MIL-STD-1553 bus. In addition, the HI-2130 offers two host interface options in one package, namely 16-bit parallel bus or 4-wire SPI. The compact size and maximum height of 4.4mm when mounted makes the HI-2130 an ideal choice for applications using cards with component height restrictions, such as PMC and XMC.

A number of reference designs are also provided to demonstrate the capability of this device.

●     ADK-2130mPCIe-2F:  Dual channel MIL-STD-1553 Mini PCIe reference designs for Windows 10 or Linux OS.

●      ADK-2130mPCIe-1F:  Single channel MIL-STD-1553 Mini PCIe reference designs for Windows 10 or Linux OS.

●      Individual  single and dual Mini PCIe cards (EV-2130mPCIe-1F and EV-2130mPCIe-2F respectively).

●      ADK-2130:  ARM Cortex M3 host microcontroller and HI-2130 daughter card demonstrates concurrent operation for any combination of Bus Controller, Bus Monitor and one or two Remote Terminals.
