The IG22 extended InGaAs linear arrays span the SWIR spectral range up to 2.1 µm. The detector features 256 pixels of 30 µm x 250 µm each, with a pixel pitch of 50 µm. Their design is optimized for IR spectroscopy, industrial process control and biomedical analysis.
