If high reliability for space qualified products are important to you, you’ll be pleased to know nearly 100% of our standard product GaAs MMICs on our website can be space qualified. Qualification is to MIL-PRF-38534 Class K & MIL-PRF-38535 Class S screening on die, hermetic, packaged die and hybrid assemblies. This includes visual inspection to MIL-STD-883 Method 2010B Class S, 100% element electrical RF test, and wafer lot qualification testing (per the requirements of MIL-PRF-38534 for MMIC devices). Custom MMIC has the option of performing Lot Acceptance Testing internally or via approved subcontractors. Laminar flow hoods are utilized for testing of wafers and visual inspection in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.
