Waterproofness and other Fluid Protection Environmental Testing at D.L.S.

D.L.S. supports environmental testing that now includes protection from water and other fluids. Standards include MIL STD 810 method 506 for rain and 512 for immersion, RTCA DO 160 section 10 which includes condensing water drip test, drip proof test, spray tests, and continuous stream testing. Commercial standards include IP, or ingress protection requirements found in IEC 60529 which covers both water and particulate resistance.
