The company has developed a special gasket used to achieve high attenuation levels on its M-, R-, and S-series cabinets. The enclosures employ gaskets with a soft foam core and a mesh nickel-plated nylon exterior. The door has a tin-plated copper gasketing tape, which makes contact with the foam gaskets located on the frame. The soft gasketing helps create a tighter seal for both the EMI and cooling considerations. The attenuation level is designed for a minimum 60 dB at 500 MHz.
