SBIR opportunities web site launched

GovCon Inc. of Rockville, Md., is launching what its officials claim is the only one-stop shop on the Internet with detailed information about finding and securing funding from the U.S. government Small Business Innovative Research program, known as the SBIR. The site, located at http://www.govcon.com, has solicitation announcements, news, articles, tips, a discussion group, and information on software designed to help small businesses win SBIR contracts. The site will also list large companies whose officials want to tap into technology developed at smaller firms as potential corporate partners.
