AGOURA HILLS, Calif., 5 Dec. 2006. Infospectrum Inc., a business systems application and integration company in the Aerospace & Defense sector, has completed an agreement to purchase all intellectual property assets of Avexus Inc.
Infospectrum has obtained the rights to all patents and intellectual property associated with the Asset Management (AMO), Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), Manufacturing (MFG), Enterprise Management (EM), Mobility solutions, and the AvexNet framework developed and implemented by Avexus.
The Infospectrum workforce now includes more than 250 employees and consultants worldwide, with distributors and sales offices in Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America. Infospectrum will establish a technical support center, marketing support center and customer support center in Nagpur, India, to manage its new MRO product line and address the growing needs of the global MRO sector.
