BOHEMIA, N.Y., 11 April 2010. Data Device Corp. (DDC) in Bohemia, N.Y., is introducing the BUS-63105, BUS-63123, BUS-63125, and BUS-63126 transmitter and receiver pairs that conform to the MIL-STD-1553A and MIL-STD-1553B 1 megabit-per-second data bus protocols.

The devices are intended as replacements for Aeroflex UT63M105 and UT63M125 single and dual transceivers, which Aeroflex will no longer ship after June 2010 after declaring the end of life for both parts, DDC officials say.

DDC replacement transceivers are lower-power and are electrically and mechanically compatible to the discontinued items, DDC officials say. For more information contact DDC online at www.ddc-web.com.
