Sept. 1, 2016
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., 1 Sept. 2016. D-Link Corp. in Fountain Valley, Calif., is introducing two HD IP surveillance cameras for outdoor and covert security applications. The cameras offer power over Ethernet (PoE), HD resolution, local recording, and software to enable users to view, manage, and record from as many as 32 cameras on one computer.
The DCS-6212L full HD outdoor PoE mini dome camera has HD 1080p, 2 megapixel resolution and H.264 compression that delivers high-quality, detailed video recording and 30 feet of night vision.
The camera has a weather- and vandal-proof housing for monitoring outdoor environments. Users can access and configure the camera remotely via the mydlink website and view live video on iOS and Android devices, as well as Windows phones.
The DCS-1201 HD covert network camera, meanwhile, enables users to monitor an area discreetly. The camera's small size and 50-foot cable can fit in a far corner of a room or use discreet pinhole installation.
Users can zoom in, zoom out, and pan video views for surveillance in large areas. With motion and tamper detection, the DCS-1201 fits in walls, ceilings, or in tight corners.
