High-power laser for large-area holography and semiconductor inspection offered by TOPTICA Photonics
MUNICH – TOPTICA Photonics AG in Munich is introducing an ultra-low noise, high-power 532-nanometer laser demonstrator for titanium-sapphire laser pumping, leading-edge semiconductor inspection, and large-area holography.
The laser delivers 80 Watts of optical output at 532 nanometers while simultaneously holding the relative intensity noise (RIN) to below 0.02 percent rms (10 Hz to 10 MHz).
The laser has a narrow-linewidth external-cavity diode laser DL pro with a high-performance fiber amplifier ALS-1064-130. Its resonant frequency-doubling stage SHG pro significantly outperforms other DPSS or fiber-amplified based laser systems, which can struggle to achieve high power and ultra-low noise.
