Voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) for RF and microwave uses like digital radio introduced by Crystek
Jan. 21, 2021
FORT MYERS, Fla. – Crystek Corp. in Fort Myers, Fla., is introducing the CVCO55CC-1500-1500 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) for RF and microwave applications like digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications (SATCOM), and base stations.
The VCO comes in the industry-standard 0.5-by-0.5-inch surface-mount device (SMD), with input voltage of five volts, with a maximum current consumption of 36 milliamps for digital radio and similar uses.
Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1 MHz peak-to-peak, and 1 MHz per volt. Second harmonic suppression typically is -20 decibels to the carrier (dBc).
The RF and microwave device operates at 1500 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 and 4.5 volts. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -125 dBc per Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically 0 dBm.
