SUNNYVALE, Calif., 12 March 2015. KRYTAR Inc. in Sunnyvale, Calif., is introducing the model 106026506 mil-spec RF and microwave directional coupler for broadband electronic warfare (EW) systems and complex switch-matrix applications.

The coupler operates in the frequency range of 6 to 26.5 GHz and offering nominal coupling of 6 dB in a compact package. The device uses a stripline design for low insertion loss, high directivity, and tight coupling.

This coupler delivers 6 dB (plus-or-minus 0.5 dB) of nominal coupling (with respect to output) and frequency sensitivity of plus-or-minus 0.5 dB. Directivity is less than 14 dB. The coupler exhibits insertion loss of less than 1.6 dB across the frequency range including coupled power.
