RF and microwave directional coupler for EW, SATCOM, and radar introduced by KRYTAR
SUNNYVALE, Calif., 26 June 2015. KRYTAR Inc. in Sunnyvale, Calif., is introducing the model 102020006 RF and microwave directional coupler that offers 6 dB of coupling over the frequency range of 2 to 20 GHz in a compact and lightweight package.
Applications for the directional coupler include electronic warfare (EW), commercial wireless, SATCOM, radar, signal monitoring and measurement, antenna beam forming, and EMC testing.
The 102020006 enhances the selection of multi-purpose, stripline designs for systems applications where external leveling, precise monitoring, signal mixing, or swept transmission and reflection measurements are required.
KRYTAR couplers offer solutions for many applications including For many space-restricted applications the compact size makes KRYTAR directional couplers solutions.
The 102020006 offers performance ratings including nominal coupling (with respect to output) of 6 dB, plus-or-minus 1.0 dB, and frequency sensitivity of plus-or-minus 0.35 dB. The directional coupler exhibits insertion loss (including coupled power) of less than 1.9 dB, directivity of greater than 16 dB.
