ML1590/BGA military wideband RF amplifier for mature military designs offered by Lansdale
PHOENIX, 21 Jan. 2016. Officials of aftermarket electronics specialist Lansdale Semiconductor Inc. in Phoenix are announcing the continued availability of the ML1590/BGA military wideband RF amplifier for mature circuit designs in military systems.
The ML1590/BGA (NSN 5962-01-280-2203), built originally by Motorola/Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., also is for new RF and microwave designs for video amplifiers, mixers and staged IF amplifiers and can be used in navigation test instrumentation and Global Positioning Systems (GPS).
The ML1590 comes in eight lead metal cans to SMD 5962-876570, and operates in temperatures from -55 to 125 degrees Celsius. Lansdale's supply of aftermarket electronics components can help mitigate the rapid growth of counterfeit parts, and maintains a reliable source of components for long-life systems, company officials say.
"With counterfeit electronic components becoming more of a global industry nightmare, Lansdale's 50 plus years of product life cycle management, support and manufacturing using only the OEM's original tooling has become even more critical in today's market" says Lansdale President R. Dale Lillard.
