LINCOLN, England, 14 April 2013. Rakon UK in Lincoln, England, is introducing the RPT7050A temperature-controlled crystal oscillator (TCXO) for aerospace and defense, LTE networks, stratum 3 designs, small cells, network timing and synchronization, IP timing, and high-rel applications.
The ultra-stable RPT7050A uses Rakon's proprietary Pluto+ ASIC housed in a 7-by-5-mm package. Features include frequency range of 1.2 to 52 MHz; ±0.1 ppm over -40 to 85 degrees Celsius; ±0.5 ppm over -55 to 105 C; phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz at 38.88MHz, 1MHz offset; error vector magnitude of 0.37 percent (3.5 ghz, 100 khz b/w; holdover stability of ±40 ppb (24 hours); aging of better than ±1ppm/year; and several output options of clipped sinewave, sinewave, HCMOS. and ACMOS.
