RF and microwave power amplifiers for continuous-wave (CW) radar and communications offered by Saelig
FAIRPORT, N.Y. – Electronics distributor Saelig Co. Inc. in Fairport, N.Y. is offering the MB series RF amplifiers from Elite RF LLC in Hanover Park, Ill. for military and commercial continuous-wave (CW) signals.
The MB series RF wideband linear power amplifiers are fabricated with a gallium nitride-on-silicon (GaN-on-SiC) process, offer output powers of 4 to 200 Watts, and operational frequencies from 20 MHz to 18 GHz.
The RF and microwave amplifiers offer high power density, decade bandwidth performance, low thermal resistance, and wideband performance. They are for a wide range of military and commercial applications and come with a 3-year warranty.
Elite RF's solid-state RF Power amplifiers are solid-state Class AB RF power amplifiers (SSPAs) that offer power gains ranging from 32 to 48 decibels. They can function in either CW or pulsed mode and offer available saturated power to 200 Watts.
Applications extend to narrowband and multi-octave bandwidth scenarios, making them suitable for electronic warfare (EW), commercial and military radar, communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory applications.
The Elite RF MB series is available as 28-to-50-volt DC modules and 100-to-240 AC rackmount cases that come with or without a display. The high-power 19-inch rackmount versions provide ultra-linear power over the specified bandwidth in high-power test setups.
These rugged amplifiers provide stability with built-in self-protection against reverse polarity and overheating. The modular aluminum alloy housing version features an internal power supply, heat sink, fans, and N-connectors.
Elite RF MB series is a Class AB RF linear power amplifier range that uses LDMOS or GaN technology to achieve gain, efficiency, and reliability in CW mode.
