HAMBURG, Germany – PLATH Signal Products GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg is introducing the DFP 2175 V/UHF broadband direction-finding receiver to meet growing bandwidth needs of electronic warfare (EW) and communications intelligence (COMINT) applications.

The DFP 2175 has a coherent real-time bandwidth of 80 MHz for direction-finding signals within the frequency range of 20 MHz to 6 GHz and offers DF calculation of 80 MHz for automated COMINT reconnaissance systems.

The extension of the frequency range of the receiver towards 6 GHz is available with selected direction-finding antennas from Signal Products.

The small size, weight, and power consumption of the DFP 2175 of 19 inches and 4 RU, 35 kg and about 500 Watts with an operating temperature from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius for platforms varying from mobile, semi-mobile, to stationary.
