Rugged EMI-filtered interconnects and RF components for military and aerospace uses introduced by Molex

Feb. 24, 2025
EMI-filtered adapters, connectors, EMI filter plates, fixed RF coaxial attenuators, and RF coaxial terminations comply with industry standards.

LISLE, Ill. – Molex Inc. in Lisle, Ill., is introducing ruggedized EMI-filtered connectors and RF components for filtering electromagnetic interference, attenuation, and power handling in radar, airborne radios, night-vision sensors, flight controls, navigation systems, tactical weapons, and military global positioning systems.

These components offer more than 250 configurations for signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility in a wide variety of military and aerospace applications.

Adapters and connectors

These EMI-filtered D-sub Pi adapters and connectors, EMI filter plates, fixed RF coaxial attenuators, and RF coaxial terminations are engineered to comply with industry standards.

These RF and microwave products provide noise suppression, high capacitance, and inductance values for frequency attenuation, and resist the effects of vibration, shock, extreme temperatures, lightning, and exposure to contaminants.

The EMI filter plates help safeguard system components and prevent signal loss from electronic noise while eliminating the need for discrete filters.

Circular EMI filter connectors help ensure reliable signal integrity and consistent power delivery, with options for insulated and ground-line options in hermetically sealed and bayonet styles.

Aircraft and missiles

These components are suited for military aircraft, missile defense systems, SATCOM links, ship-signal exploitation devices, electronic warfare systems, wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, automotive applications, test and measurement equipment, cell-site infrastructure, network analyzers, automotive test, and distributed antenna systems.

The attenuators deliver signal power control and signal integrity, and dissipate heat at power levels to 50 Watts. For more information contact Molex online at www.molex.com/en-us/home.
