DC-DC converters for power electronics in test and measurement introduced by TDK Lambda
Oct. 26, 2018
SAN DIEGO – TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. in San Diego is introducing the CCG-D 15- and 30-Watt-rated dual output DC-DC converters for battery-powered systems, test and measurement equipment, industrial process control, broadcast applications, and data communications.
Operating over a 4:1 input range, these power electronics products are enclosed in a 1-by-1-inch six-sided shielded metal case, and are available with +/-12- or +/-15-volt outputs to provide one 24- or 30-volt output.
Both can operate from either a 9-to-36-volt DC or 18-to-76-volt DC input. The wide range enables inventory reduction programs as the DC-DC converters can operate from either 12- and 24-, or 24- and 48-volt nominal inputs without the need to stock two parts.
With operating efficiencies to 92 percent, the CCG series will operate in ambient temperatures from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius with a maximum case temperature of 110 C.

All models are backed by a five-year warranty, have a remote on/off function and are protected against over voltage and over current conditions.
The isolated CCG series power electronics devices has an input-to-output isolation of 1,500 volts DC, and 1,000 volts DC isolation from input or output to case. Safety certification includes IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60950-1, of IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 with CE marking for the low voltage and RoHS2 directives.
