SAN DIEGO, Calif., 7 March 2005. Kontron AG announced today that it has acquired Dolch Computer Systems, Inc. for an undisclosed cash amount from Siegel-Robert, Inc.
A leading developer of ruggedized computers and flat panel displays for harsh environment applications, Dolch will assume the Kontron name and operate as a business unit of Kontron America, Inc.
