SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., 10 May 2007. Endevco Corporation, maker of sensing solutions for vibration, shock, and pressure applications, is now part of the new Meggitt Sensing Systems (MSS) division of Meggitt PLC.
The division has been formed by merging the Meggitt Aerospace Systems and Meggitt Electronics groups into a single entity that serves the sensing industry with products, services, and applications.
With centers in France, Switzerland, Spain, the U.K., and the U.S., Meggitt Sensing Systems delivers critical sensing solutions to the aerospace, energy, medical, industrial, and automotive sectors.
Endevco is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2007 as a provider of high-performance, high-reliability sensing solutions for critical applications in aerospace, transportation, test and measurement, energy, and medical devices. The company specializes in advanced accelerometers, transducers, microphones and associated calibration systems, amplifiers, signal conditioners, cables, and accessories.
