He serves as the recent chairman of ANSI/VITA 62.0 2022 edition and has played a pivotal role in shaping the technical content of previous editions. Additionally, Jerry actively monitors various VITA and SOSA initiatives across power domains, as well as efforts towards connector and mechanical assembly standardization.
With over 50 years of experience in the power electronics industry prior to joining AirBorn, Jerry has established himself as a seasoned professional. He has authored numerous articles for industry publications dedicated to these technologies and has contributed to numerous large-scale power programs catering to naval, airborne, and ground applications.

Scott Poole has been leading a Power Engineering team at AirBorn since 2004, headquartered in Lake City, Pennsylvania. His expertise spans from Global Power Electronic Development for High Power Welding R&D in Industrial and Automotive markets prior to his tenure at AirBorn. Under Scott's leadership, the team at AirBorn has expanded beyond its established presence in Military and Defense markets, venturing into the Power Conversion market.
AirBorn, renowned for tackling challenging projects requiring intricate electrical, mechanical, and software development, has historically relied on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) 'bricks.' However, frustrations and limitations with integration and performance from various manufacturers prompted a strategic shift.
