Amphenol Industrial Operations in Sidney, N.Y., is offering over-molded Amphe-Armor rugged circular connectors with durability and water-tight construction to withstand harsh environments. The field-installable, field-repairable Amphe-Armor series is available in a variety of shell sizes and contacts with either a PT or a GT insert option for applications ranging from geophysical, machine tool, railway, and motor control environments to energy control systems, meteorology and sewage treatment. In addition to the rugged, over-molded housing, constructed of high-impact glass-filled thermoplastic, these IP67-rated connectors feature a solder wire termination and heavy duty coupling nut.
