Engineers at Omnirel Corp. in Leominster, Mass., have received MIL-PRF-19500 qualified parts list approval for their new line of ultrafast power rectifiers designed the 1N6768 through 1N6773 series. These devices are 50-volt through 600-volt, 8-amp ultrafast center-tap rectifiers in the TO-257 package.
