February briefings to outline contracting opportunities for naval air warfare over the next three years

RIDGECREST, Calif. – U.S. Navy aerial warfare experts will brief industry in February on contracting opportunities for the next three years.

The California Contracting, Acquisition, and Procurement (CCAP) Industry Days Expo will be on 4 to 5 Feb. 2025 at the Kerr McGee Center, 100 West California Ave., Ridgecrest, Calif., which is adjacent to China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station.

The event (formerly the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Industry Day Event) is to enhance NAWCWD-Industry collaboration in support of naval aviation and the warfighter.

The agenda will include presentations by Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD) leadership, and forecasted contracting opportunities for federal fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. The federal fiscal year starts on 1 Oct. and ends on 30 Sept.

Naval Air Warfare Center is a research is a research center that tests and evaluates air warfare for the U.S. Navy. Its Aircraft Division conducts research, development, test, evaluation and sustainment for all Navy and Marine Corps aircraft and aircraft systems.

The industry briefings are open to all companies that provide products and services to NAWCWD. Target attendees are federal contractors, and representatives from small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and women-owned small businesses.
