Test set has a waveform capture rate as fast as one million waveforms per second, 256-level intensity grading display function, and color display.

FAIRPORT, N.Y. – Electronics distributor Saelig Co. Inc. in Fairport, N.Y. is offering the SDS7604A H12 6 GHz high-resolution oscilloscope from Siglent Technologies in Solon, Ohio, for high-performance mixed-signal analysis.

The oscilloscope has 12-bit resolution, one-billion acquisition samples (1 Gpt) memory depth per channel, a sample rate as fast as 20 gigasamples per second, matched with a 15.6-inch HD display capacitive touch screen. The SDS7604A H12 combines low noise, high DC gain accuracy, and more than 60 decibels of channel-channel isolation.

This test and measurement instrument employs Siglent's SPO technology with a maximum waveform capture rate as fast as one million waveforms per second, 256-level intensity grading display function, plus a color temperature display mode.

Digital trigger system

It also employs a digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. This trigger system supports several powerful triggering modes including serial bus decode triggering.

Tools such as history waveform recording, search and navigate functions, signal scan, mask test, bode plot, power analysis, eye/jitter analysis and compliance test help capture, store, and analyze extended waveform records.

The oscilloscope provides automatic measurement for more than 50 parameters, supporting statistics with histogram and track, and trend. Measurement and math capabilities combine with serial decoding. Search and navigate functions add to signal scan, mask test, bode plot, power analysis, eye/jitter analysis and compliance test analysis.

The zone trigger system simplifies advanced bus triggering and decoding for a wide range of protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I2S, MIL-STD1553B, SENT, Manchester, and ARINC429.

Display of four channels

With the ability to display as many as four analog channels and, optionally, 16 digital channels, the SDS7604A offers measurement and math capabilities and an option for a 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator.

The touch screen supports multi-touch gestures and a user-friendly UI design, which can greatly improve the scope's operational efficiency. It also supports mouse input and remote web control over LAN.
